            Negativ ist, dass die Kaution nicht unmittelbar zum Ende des Aufenthalts erstattet wird, diese Vorgehensweise führt zu einer gewissen Unsicherheit. Ein entsprechender Hinweis auf der Website würde Klarheit schaffen.

          Oh-London:

          Beim Check-out wird zunächst der Zustand der Ferienwohnung überprüft und dann die Rückerstattung der Kaution abgewickelt. Da die Kaution per Banküberweisung übermittelt wurde und kein Treffen zwischen Vermieter und Gast stattfand, kann es ein paar Tage dauern, bis die Rückerstattung vollzogen ist.

            Très bel appartement, très bien situé et très bien insonorisé (on n'entend pas du tout le train alors que la gare est juste en face) 1 seule critique: dommage qu'il faille payer le solde en liquide.

            The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our week in London. Bed was very comfortable and lovely big towels. Laundry was in the basement but it was very clean and always available. Very good security as well. Minor things we would have liked were an instruction book for the oven...

            Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und man findet die Wohnung sehr gut von der U-Bahnstation aus. Toller Empfang, wunderschöne Wohnung, einmalige Lage! Wir konnten sehr viel zu Fuß erledigen und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.
